Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  When your order is shipping, your tracking information will be provided .  All orders are shipped by USPS. If you miss the USPS delivery, your local post office will hold the package for you to pick it up.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen products.  You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages.  Your order will not be replaced. 

Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

COVID-19 POLICY:

Expect shipping delays due to COVID-19. We ship out all packages on time, however, it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic, we do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays.

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address:  street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

We are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.  If that is the case, then you will need to contact the courier directly (Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc.) to retrieve your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• (international) 6 to 10 business days by USPS Priority Mail shipping.

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Customs fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. Please research or have an understanding of custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you can pick up your packages. Also, when the package is being held in customs, it may take an additional one to five days for them to inspect the package.

Processing time

This includes hair bundles. Closures. Frontals and ready-to-ship wigs.

Custom items such as custom wigs and our wig restoration service, where you provide the hair for the wigs, have a processing period of 10 to 14 business days.

Shipping time (United States)

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

• 1-2 business days by USPS Priority Mail Express. 
• 1-3 business days by USPS Priority Mail.
• 2-3 business days shipping USPS first class mail.
• This shipping time does not include the processing period.
• Expect delays during sales periods and holidays.
